Breif description: "A day in the life of being a patient"

41yrs old (f) and just got done with 7 days cladribine. The scariest part was the not knowing what was going to happen. It was easy except the last day a little bit of nausea- more Zofram. My doctor was Dr. Javish Sharma of Dallas at Presby. I did get a second opinion, but felt it was not necessary due to the nature of HCL being identifiable. No fun staying hooked up for 7 days to a pole with a bag and tube in your arm and hopefully it worked. Thankful to my family and friends who entertained me with cards and brought me good food! (And yes- I was able to eat anything- no problem.) The person who first found that I needed more test was my yearly ob/gyn with the regular blood work. Recommendation: don't skip an annual check up to stay in touch with what's going on with your body. If I ever have to go again in my life, they will call me "inpatient" instead of the "patient"-- By by HCL! (Hopefully you are RIP!)
